As of January 1, 2002, MonierLifetile has chosen to adopt the Concrete and Clay Roof Tile Installation Manual for Moderate Climate Regions by the Roof Tile Institute and Western States Roofing Contractors Association. The RTI /WSRCA Manual contains the guidelines for the installation of all tiles installed in areas not subject to hurricanes or heavy accumulation of ice and snow.

Hurricane Climates
Special installation techniques are required for hurricane prone climates. The FRSA Installation Guide which is an approved guide jointly provided by the Florida Roofing, Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors Association (FRSA) and the Roof Tile Institute.
