Q. How much does it cost?
-
For the cost of reroofing your home, please contact a tile roof installer (actually, try to get 3 estimates from licensed and experienced tile roofing contractors). We can provide you a snapshot of the annual cost per square of various roofing materials for reroofing applications so you can do a general comparison.

Q. How long will it last?
-
While many other roofing options require full replacement in a relatively short period of time, concrete roof tile is a permanent solution and is intended to last the life of the structure it protects. In fact, a tile roof has the longest life cycle of any roofing product. When you consider your initial costs are amortized over this life span, the costs for a tile roof are actually less than most other options.

Q. How much maintenance is required for a tile roof?
-
We provide all of our customers with guidelines on the proper maintenance of their new roof to help provide a lifetime of worry-free protection and performance. Routine inspections are a good idea for any roof but rest assured that concrete roof tile is made to last as long as the structure and is virtually maintenance-free.
