Industrial Electrician Gilroy, CA 07-21-2009 MonierLifetile is searching for a skilled individual to join our maintenance team in Gilroy, CA. The manufacturing environment consists of high volume industrial and manufacturing electrical equipment maintenance and repair in a continuous operation. As Plant Electrician, you will perform hands-on equipment installation, maintenance and repair of tile manufacturing equipment, as well as assist in the planning/ordering of parts to upgrade existing equipment. Extensive knowledge of control systems along with strong troubleshooting skills is preferred. Must be experienced with 480 VAC 3 PH power distribution and 3 PH servo drives. Must be able to layout and install Rigid Steel Conduit systems as well as read and understand electrical schematics for power and control systems. Experience with Siemens step7 and PLC knowledge is highly desired. Preventative maintenance program experience, a plus. Ideal candidate will possess 5 years journeymen level electrical skills.

Electrical Control Technician Stockton, CA 07-21-2009 MonierLifetile is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual for an Electrical Control Technician position at our plant in Stockton, CA. We require a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Industrial electrical control maintenance. The applicant must possess practical plant floor experience, PLC programming, control system design (utilizing ANSI and IEC symbology, proficient PC knowledge (including AutoCAD) and solid troubleshooting ability. An ideal background would include extensive knowledge of HMI & MMI architecture (Eaton Panelmate, AB Panelview, Siemens HMI) along with structured programming abilities for various Allen Bradley, Omron, Siemens (Step 7) and GE Fanuc PLC systems, Variable Frequency AC and Servo Drive installation, programming and troubleshooting.
